At MediaCom Education we want to make sure that your purchasing experience is as straight forward as possible. We understand there may be times when you need to return a product.
CHANGE OF MIND
To initiate a refund for a change of mind purchase, it can be requested via our Contact Us page on the MediaCom Education website within 14 days of making a purchase. The product must be unused, in its original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase and does not fall within the exceptions * below.
*MediaCom Education will not offer discretionary exchange or refunds on e-books, educational study aids, gift vouchers, special/custom orders, calendars, diaries, bulk orders or sale items. We also do not offer discretionary exchange or refunds on CDs or DVDs where the seal or packaging is not intact. MediaCom Education does not pay for the cost of shipping for change of mind refunds.
If approved, refunds for change of mind purchases will be processed via the method of payment. This includes refunds via credit/debit cards. Refunds can also be processed via bank transfer.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
MediaCom Education strives to supply products of exceptional quality that match the description and sample of goods on the website. If an item arrives damaged, is the incorrect item, is mis-bound or is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please connect with us via the details on the Contact Us page.
If an item does not meet the consumer guarantees or there is a fault with the goods, you are entitled to a refund in relation to the goods purchased, a replacement product which is identical or of a similar value to the original wherever possible.
We may request to view proof of purchase. If there is an issue with the goods, we may provide a refund or exchange which can include the shipping cost.
